(see also Reserve Points)
Every event you attend will earn your character at least a base amount of Character Points. Beyond that base amount, any additional points you earn are up to you, determined by the time, dedication, and investment you wish to put into the game. The more effort and investment you put into the game, the more the game rewards that investment.

Losing a character to permanent death can be an unpleasant experience, and often comes unexpectedly. Keeping this in mind, Brittanis also wishes to thank and reward players who come back event after event with dedication. These are the reasons Reserve Points exist.
Every event you attend, whether it is an Adventure Weekend, Adventure Day, volunteer time, Cast Workshop, etc gains THE PLAYER
1 Reserve Point. Note that reserve points do not apply to a particular character, but to the player.

A Post-Event Letter (also called Post-Event Survey) is an online survey with specific questions Staff needs answered WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE LINK.
The Survey link will be sent out in an email within 72 hours of the event. From the time that email is sent, players/Team Monster have 7 days to fill out the survey in order to get credit for it.
It is the PLAYER’S RESPONSIBILITY to get the PEL to the Staff. We’ll be getting PELs from many players. We will not take the time to ask for yours. If you want the bonus Character Points, make sure we get it.

Because Brittanis is a fantasy game in a fantasy world, protective garments can be made up of many different materials and still have protective value. For this reason, Armor in Brittanis is not divided by material or construction of the prop used to represent the item. Instead, Armor Points are determined by the IN GAME protective value of the item, as stated on the Item Tag for a particular piece of armor.

Brittanis is a game where heroes are in constant danger, where they must be prepared to defend themselves as well as those who cannot defend themselves. Thus, weapons and weapon combat play a big part in the game.
Because of this, Brittanis has very clear safety rules in regards to weapons and weapon combat.

All player characters have 5 major Resources: Vitality, Stamina, Skills, Character Points, and Downtime.
Stamina is what powers a character's abilities. A character who wishes to use a skill must expend effort and energy to accomplish a task; this effort is represented by Stamina points. When you decide to use a skill or spell, or attack, that skill description tells you how much Stamina it costs to fuel that ability. If you don't have enough Stamina left, you can't use a skill or ability.

When you create your character, and as you gain character points thereafter, you may purchase skills. Skills represent ANY
ability, power, spell, or bonus your character may gain or use. A warrior’s mighty strikes are a skill, as is his ability to wear armor. A priest’s prayers and divine abilities are considered skills. The arcane abilities that wizards learn are skills, as are the spells that he writes in his spellbook. Racial Abilities are categorized as Skills, as are the bonus abilities gained from being a part of a Faction or your character’s Background.
EVERY SINGLE IN-GAME ABILITY
FOLLOWS THE SKILL RULES.
The Skill Header System is simple. EVERY
skill belongs to a header, which is a grouping of skills under a common theme or concept.
